Overview
Designed to streamline the onboarding journey, this two-week program helps new hires build foundational skills and understand the company’s culture, operations and expectations. Through close collaboration with the program directors, I uncovered usability and content management challenges, then developed a unified system that simplified access to resources and delivered a consistent visual experience across all materials.

Establish a hierarchy that organizes the many documents, presentations, resources and tools.

Create dynamic templates that allow directors to update content independently while maintaining polish and consistency

Landing Page
Designed a clean, structured web hub for all onboarding materials, providing quick access to schedules, resources, session links, contacts, and program expectations — reducing confusion and support requests for new hires and facilitators.
Document Templates
Created a comprehensive Microsoft Word template for key program materials such as schedules, itineraries, and campus maps to support clarity and smooth navigation for new hires.
Presentation Design
Redesigned 15+ slide decks for stronger visual hierarchy and engagement. Improvements enhanced readability, reinforced brand identity, and created a more polished learning experience during sessions.
