Overview

A company’s training team set out to launch a live microlearning series—10-minute sessions focused on insurance, sales, and professional development. With the goal of offering quick, accessible education three times per month, I led the branding, marketing strategy, UX design, registration process, and creative execution from concept to launch.

Solutions and Deliverables

Product Management & Collaboration Optimization

Built a centralized campaign operations system in SharePoint, unifying communication, planning, execution, and reporting for 200+ annual deliverables.

The platform provided custom stakeholder views, shared templates, and centralized working and final files—enabling consistent collaboration across teams. To ensure adoption I led onboarding and enablement for 50+ employees.

I facilitated recurring stakeholder reviews to evaluate performance, surface insights, and guide continuous improvement.

Visual System

Developed a unified yet flexible design toolkit, using a color-coded visual language to distinguish session types and illustrations to convey unique themes. This allowed the team to easily expand the series while keeping the brand cohesive.

User Experience

Designed a dynamic HubSpot landing page with category filters for upcoming and on-demand sessions, helping users quickly find content relevant to them. Branding carried through to the webinar platform, Wistia registration, and event pages to create a smooth, consistent end-to-end experience.

Presentation Design

Worked closely with trainers to refine and brand slide decks, improving visual consistency and audience engagement.

Multi-media Marketing Campaign

Built the launch and  six-month marketing plan, then led execution across channels—email, social media, and web ads—to drive awareness and registration.
