USLI Environmental Design
Transforming workspaces into brand storytelling experiences
Role: Designer · Project Manager
Tools: Illustrator · Photoshop · Canva
Overview
USLI aimed to update the shared spaces in their home office and eight branch locations to reflect its culture and values through environmental graphics. I created large-scale designs that brought USLI’s mission and principles to life — turning each workspace into a visual narrative of company identity and growth.
Challenges
Design consistent, scalable visual systems across multiple office layouts
Showcase annual community themes in a flexible, updatable format
Manage production and installation for multiple locations nationwide
Solutions and Deliverables
Environmental Branding
Designed a collection of wall graphics that highlight USLI’s core values, leadership principles, and inspirational quotes, all aligned with the company’s brand standards. These canvases hang in communal spaces, conference and training rooms.
Community Theme Exhibit
Each year executive leadership selects themes they would like the community to focus on. Encouraging teams to reflect on the themes and integrate it into day-to-day work and conversations. I developed a design system featuring bold typography, vibrant colors and a combination of geometric and abstract shapes to convey the concepts of the annual themes.
Branch Office Adaptation
Collaborated with the print vendor to engineer a magnetic canvas system using interchangeable iron sheet graphics. Each branch can update its exhibit annually while preserving previous themes by framing retired designs into a growing visual archive — evolving the space year over year.
Project Management
Oversaw production planning, vendor coordination, material selection, pricing negotiations, and installation logistics across eight U.S. office locations, ensuring quality, consistency, and a smooth rollout from concept to completion.
